Addiction and strongholds can feel like walls with no doors. You have tried. You have prayed. You have promised. And still the grip tightens. This Friday is not another attempt. This Friday is a declaration — that no chain is beyond the reach of His grace, and no life is too far gone for His power to restore.
Pastor Paul Burke knows this from the inside. A 2009 Teen Challenge graduate, he spent 18 years bound by addiction before encountering the God who redeems everything. Today he serves as Executive Director of Brooklyn Teen Challenge, more than 17 years into a ministry that has become his life’s testimony: no one is beyond the reach of grace.
Evan Wilkerson — grandson of David Wilkerson and son of Gary Wilkerson — carries the family’s DNA of bold, honest, Spirit-led evangelism. As Next Gen Director at World Challenge and a preacher who has brought the message of freedom nationally and internationally, Evan will share a testimony that will remind you: transformation is not a theory. We will be lifting up prayer for freedom from:
• Drugs, alcohol, and cigarettes
• Pornography and sexual sin
• Social media and technology dependency
• Jealousy, anger, gossip, and pride
The service will include worship, teaching, testimony, and intentional time for personal prayer.
