Dr. Hawkins is a distinguished graduate of TCU and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He now serves as Chancellor and Senior Professor of Pastoral Ministry and Evangelism at his alma mater, SBTS. He also was the former pastor of First Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas, and served as President/CEO of GuideStone Financial Resources for 25 years.
Dr. Hawkins is a prolific author with over 50 books to his name, including best-sellers like the Joshua Code and the Code series of devotionals. His impactful preaching has resonated in churches across the nation.
