Whether you’re creative, administrative, relational, or still figuring it out, this program will equip you to serve with excellence and live with intention.

At Momentum, you won’t just observe ministry — you’ll be immersed in it. Through hands-on training, leadership development, biblical teaching, and one-on-one mentorship, you’ll gain the tools to grow spiritually, sharpen your character, and lead with boldness.
Explore Your Stream
Creative
Support the storytelling and communication of all God is doing through visuals, video, and media. You’ll work alongside our team to create content that helps reach and disciple others.
Administrative
Help shape the systems and structures behind ministry. Interns in this stream support logistics, event planning, project coordination, and help ensure things run smoothly across departments.
Technology
Leverage your technical skills to support the tools that keep ministry moving forward — from troubleshooting to systems support and digital problem-solving.
Ministry Leadership
Lead from the heart and serve others well. Whether you’re working with youth, kids, hospitality, or discipleship, this stream equips you to build relationships and create environments where people can encounter Jesus.
What Makes Momentum Different
Earn College Credit
All interns take biblical courses through our Bible college, Summit International School of Ministry, earning academic credit while deepening their theological foundation and spiritual formation.
Discipleship & Mentorship
You’ll be surrounded by a community of leaders and peers who are invested in your walk with Christ — and who will challenge you to grow in character and calling.
Real Ministry Experience
You’ll be placed directly into ministry contexts at Times Square Church, participating in hands-on opportunities that stretch your skills and reveal new strengths.

Important Info
Stipend
Interns receive a $250 weekly stipend to help offset living expenses.
Please note: Stipends are considered taxable income. Interns will receive a 1099 form for tax purposes.
Summit Credit
Momentum includes courses from Summit International School of Ministry that count toward college credit.
Housing
Limited housing may available for interns outside the NYC area.
Transportation
Reliable transportation is required due to off-site and on-site ministry responsibilities.
Eligibility
Momentum is open to U.S.-based young adults ages 18–29.
Outside Employment
Due to the full schedule and focus required, interns are asked not to work outside jobs during the program.
