Pastor Carter served faithfully on the pastoral staff at Times Square Church as associate pastor in 1994 and senior pastor from 2001 to 2020. During this time, he introduced two new ministries to TSC: Feed New York and the Worldwide Prayer Meeting. Pastor Carter remains dedicated to preaching and spreading the gospel globally.
