• The Terms of Use applies to everyone who wants to use or post Times Square Church sermons on their website, webpage, social media platforms, or in any other capacity.
• Times Square Church reserves the right to change the Terms of Use without notice.

• All sermons on Times Square Church websites, TSC YouTube Channel, related websites, social media platforms, and channels of Times Square Church are the copyrighted property of Times Square Church.
• You may not alter, adapt, modify, edit, add to, delete from any of the sermons on this website (or any other TSC website, channel or platform) for posting on your website or any other networked computer environment, social media platforms, or in any other capacity.
• You may post, use, print, copy, distribute, and/or download from Times Square Church websites, social media platforms, or YouTube Channel the sermons displayed for non-commercial purposes only.
• You must keep all copyright and other proprietary notices attached to the downloaded sermons.

Rights and Liabilities

• Times Square Church reserves the right to revoke authorization to use or post our sermons on your website, social media platforms or in any other capacity for any reason.
• Times Square Church reserves the right to request a record of all sermons you have used or posted to your website, social media platforms or in any other capacity. If we exercise this right, you will have 90 days to provide a list of all uses.
• In no event will Times Square Church be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, including lost profit damages arising from your use of the websites and/or sermons.
• In the event of a dispute between you and Times Square Church, you agree that any such dispute will be governed by New York law and shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction in New York County, New York.
